The fifth South Caucasus Security Forum took place in Tbilisi, Georgia on 16-17 May 2018 and was organised by Stratpol – Strategic Policy Institute, the Georgian Foundation for Strategic and International Studies and Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung, Georgia.
